In order to protect our intellectual properties we have registered a couple of text names with the ICO. Our intention is to prvent anyony using these in a domain name. The certificates can be seen here. We have copyrighted our badges and logos and they can be seen HERE
The Trademarks maintained by Forces Online and Forces United mean that we can now prevent other services form using any URLs with the words "forcesunited" and "forcesonline". The charity has a clear policy relating to the use of these Trade Marks in that we will not allow any other service from the Armed Forces Community or associated services helping armed forces veteran's their families os dependents to use them.
