What does this mean. Forces Online is easy to contact and wokr through out the UK.  When an support or infomation request comes into the organisation during the week when the Veterans Hub is open we are able to respond to these requests within 15 minutes of finding out about them.  They come to us in a variety of formats including email, live chat (as seen over on the left), Direct contact/referral forms, telephone, messenger, Wahts App and through our agents in the community who you may see with banners raing awarness and funds for Forces Online.  They will all be carrying IDs and/or access to prompt sheets to answer any questions people seeing them may ask.
